About C3
Connect 3 was founded by Scott Morris (UGA '87) and University of Georgia Business Students to help connect college students and business professionals in a structured environment with the purpose of providing career guidance, personal growth, financial assistance, and networking opportunities for possible future employment. Connect 3 welcomes students and business leaders who are passionate about learning and sharing their experiences to help guide students as they begin their earnest research for establishing a meaningful and beneficial professional career.

The Process
Connect 3 provides a simple but structured process that pairs student mentees and professionals matched primarily on the student's core interests, initial goals, and personality. Through a series of 3 meetings with 3 mentors (9 total sessions), students will learn from experienced leaders in their respective fields. Each session will follow a structured agenda covering a thorough range of topics to better prepare students and lead into the next meeting via continued in-depth discussion. Students will be expected to prepare questions, share experiences, and complete assignments to maximize their learning experience and developmental progress.
Why 3?
Connect 3 pairs students with 3 different mentors to allow for a variety of insights. Having 3 meetings with each gives the student time to make a valuable connection with the professional and work through all questions had. Furthermore, students, professionals, and donors are brought together in the Connect 3 Foundation through the mentor-mentee relationship and the funding for professional development activities provided by generous donors who believe in our purpose.
