Product Manager
George Siter
George Siter is currently serving as Senior Vice President, Account Management for Mastercard. George has spent over 15 years working in the Payments & Technology industry and joined Mastercard in 2018.
At Mastercard, George’s team is responsible for providing comprehensive consulting support and customized solutions that leverage MasterCard's strong brand, technology, operations, franchise, and risk platforms to expand financial inclusion while enabling partners to achieve desired results.
Prior to joining Mastercard, George spent 10 years at DFC Global Corp., primarily focused on developing card payment and remittance solutions for the prepaid & fintech banking segment in the US, Canada, UK and select European countries with an emphasis on financial inclusion, technology and the enhancement of the overall customer experience. In 2016 while at DFC, George spearheaded the launch of one of the first General Purpose Reloadable Prepaid Cards with EMV and contactless payment technology in both the US and Canadian markets.
George has a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Widener University and an MBA from Widener University. George and his wife Nicole reside in the Philadelphia suburbs and have three children.

Member Relations
Miles Rieker
Miles Rieker is a Junior double major in Economics (BA) and Business Administration (BS) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He was born and raised in Raleigh, NC. He currently serves as the Member Relations chair of Connect3. In Chapel Hill, Miles is very involved on campus. He serves as a captain of the Club Lacrosse team. He is a member of various clubs at the business school, including the Undergraduate Finance Society and the Undergraduate Real Estate Club. He has helped out in the community, coaching a local middle school basketball team and serving as a tutor and mentor for an elementary school student. He enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it's playing sports or hunting and fishing. He is excited to join the Connect3 team and make a difference on the Member Relations committee.

Art Director
Kennedy Ryman
Kennedy is a fourth year student at the University of Georgia. She is majoring in finance at the Terry College of Business with the intention of going to law school after graduating in December of 2024. Kennedy has served on the New Member Council for Zeta Tau Alpha and been a part of Terry's first Business in Italy program this past summer. She works two part-time jobs outside of her academic commitments and is looking forward to her internship this summer with Comcast's Central Finance Division in Atlanta, Georgia.

Andrew Morris
Junior Auburn finance student with a minor in real estate, born in Charlotte. Member of the Auburn Financial Management Honors Program and serving on Connect 3 for member relations, focusing on expanding professional development networks.
